Refund policy

Orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. In this case, you can return your order free of charge, and you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the item.

The following rules apply for returning your purchase:

  • Orders cab be returned free of charge within 14 days .
  • The 14-day period starts on the first day after you receive your order.
  • Because we would like to make someone else happy with your purchase, the item must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. The original tags and labels must also be attached to the item.

 If the order meets the requirements above, you can return it free of charge.

Returning your order from The Netherlands and Belgium

If you want to return your order, complete the following steps.

1. Please contact our customer service through the contact page on www.teddytogo.com, or by sending an e-mail to info@teddytogo.com. Here you state that you want to return the item. You also name your order number.

2. Once you have contacted our customer service, we will register the return and you will receive a free shipping label by e-mail.

3. Print the shipping label and attach the label to the package.

4. Bring the package to a DHL ServicePoint near you.

5. You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have received the package. Return approved? Then you will receive the purchase amount of the item back within 5 businessdays on average.

Please do not forget to keep the shipping receipt of the package until it has been completely processed.

 

Returning an item from other countries

  1. Contact customer service through the contact page at www.teddytogo.com or by sending an email to info@teddytogo.com. Indicate that you want to return the item and include your order number.
  2. Once you have contacted our customer service, you can create a shipping label yourself with your chosen delivery service.
  3. Print the return label and attach it to the return package.
  4. Bring the package to a ServicePoint near you.
  5. You will receive an email once we have received the returned package, informing you of its status. Return approved? Then you will receive your purchase price and the shipping costs paid for the order refund within 5 business days on average.

Please do not forget to keep the shipping receipt of the package until it has been completely processed.

 

Please note: Packages not collected from ServicePoints will be processed as returned, as described above.
