• Placing an order: you can order items through our website, where we ask you to provide some personal data to process the order and deliver the ordered products.
• Creating an account: you can create an account on our website to get insight into your orders.
• Contacting us: you can contact us with questions and/or complaints. In this case, we will contact you to answer your question or complaint.

Retention period

The personal data stored in your account on teddytogo.com will be retained until you delete your account. Your order history on teddytogo.com will be kept for a maximum of 3 years after your last order, so that you can view it in your account. an exception to this is the data that we must keep for a longer period in accordance with a statutory retention period, for example the personal data as stated on the invoices.

If you have not used your account for 3 years, we will ask you if you want to keep it. If you do not indicate that you want to keep the account, we will delete it.

Personal data that we process in the context of answering questions or resolving complaints will be retained by us for a maximum of 18 months after resolution.

Disclosure to third parties

 We may use third party services to process your data in accordance to this privacy statement, for example technical service providers and delivery services. These parties act as processor for Teddy to Go.

The information you provide will be passed on to third parties when this is necessary for the delivery of the items or requested services.

Therefore, it may be necessary to pass on your name, address, phone number and e-mail address to external parties.

Your right regarding your personal data

When you use an personalized account, certain personal data you have provided can be changed in your account.

If you do not have an account and still want to view your personal data, have it rectified, restricted or transferred, you can contact us through info@teddytogo.com.

Complaint Dutch Data Protection Authority

Of course we are happy to help if you have any complaints about the processing of your data. Nevertheless, if you are unable to reach an agreement with us, according to privacy legislation you also have the right to file a complaint with the privacy regulator, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
